About
My name is Matthew McDaniel, I am a personal trainer for in person and virtual clients. I have been training for 13 years, and I love to work with all groups of people. I have an athletic background from playing sports my whole life. I played football at Saginaw Valley State University, and graduated with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science.) I have my personal training certification through The International Sports & Sciences Association (I.S.S.A).
I have a love for health and fitness and I want each and every person to reach their goals while under my care. I believe health and fitness is a lifestyle so I like to teach each individual the necessary principles that will help them maintain their results long term. I preach patience, and dedication while on this lifelong journey.

Nutrition advice at a baseline level that could help your reach your goal. I am not a dietician/nutritionist so meal plans are outside of my scope of practice

30 minute discussion about desired goals, exercise history, and plan of action to reach said goal

Five 60 minute training sessions per week in small group setting (no more than 6 people in each group)
$25 per session/ $250 per month

60 minute training session in a private one-on-one setting
$50 per session/ $500 per month

Personal training from the location of your choosing. All sessions are held on zoom and allows you to get the same quality workout that you’d get in person.

Monthly workout programs tailored to your individual goals and needs. All programs go in 4 week blocks which allow you to master the movements in each workout and monitor your strength gains.
